Inconel 625 (UNS N06625): Excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance, used in chemical equipment and offshore platforms.
Inconel 718 (UNS N07718): Precipitation-hardening alloy with high strength and fatigue resistance, commonly used in aero-engine ring components.

Manufacturing Process
Forging Stage: Vacuum smelting or electroslag remelting ingots are used, followed by upsetting, punching, ring expansion, and ring rolling.
Heat Treatment: Solution treatment or aging treatment to improve grain structure and enhance toughness and corrosion resistance.
Machining: CNC lathe finishing to ensure dimensional accuracy and roundness.
Surface Treatment: Polishing to a metallic luster to reduce stress concentration and improve corrosion resistance.
Inspection and Testing: 100% ultrasonic testing (UT), penetrant testing (PT), dimensional and surface roughness inspection.
