High-precision nickel alloy forged rings are manufactured through free forging and ring rolling processes, with precision machining and polishing resulting in extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Manufacturing Process
Forging Stage: Vacuum smelting or electroslag remelting ingots are used, followed by upsetting, punching, ring expansion, and ring rolling.
Heat Treatment: Solution treatment or aging treatment to improve grain structure and enhance toughness and corrosion resistance.
Machining: CNC lathe finishing to ensure dimensional accuracy and roundness.
Surface Treatment: Polishing to a metallic luster to reduce stress concentration and improve corrosion resistance.
Inspection and Testing: 100% ultrasonic testing (UT), penetrant testing (PT), dimensional and surface roughness inspection.
