||
Premium Inconel 718 forged round components are high-performance nickel-based alloy forgings manufactured in full compliance with ASTM B637 requirements. Designed for extreme service environments, these forged rounds deliver outstanding strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion performance across a wide temperature range.
Produced through controlled hot forging and precision heat treatment, Inconel 718 forged round components exhibit a dense, uniform microstructure with excellent mechanical consistency, making them an ideal choice for critical load-bearing and high-reliability applications.
Exceptional Strength from Cryogenic to 650°C
Maintains high tensile and yield strength at both low and elevated temperatures due to γ″ (Ni₃Nb) precipitation strengthening.
Superior Fatigue and Creep Resistance
Forged grain flow significantly improves resistance to cyclic loading and long-term stress exposure.
Excellent Corrosion and Oxidation Resistance
Performs reliably in aggressive environments including high-temperature oxidation, chlorides, and acidic media.
High Structural Integrity
Forging eliminates internal defects commonly associated with cast products, ensuring superior reliability for safety-critical components.
ASTM B637 Standard
The ASTM B637 standard mainly covers non-precipitating hardened nickel-based high-temperature alloys. Among them, the most typical and widely used one is Inconel 718. Additionally, alloys such as Inconel X-750 and Inconel 625 are also included.
Main application fields:
Aerospace: Key hot-end components of jet engines, such as turbine discs, compressor discs, blades, shafts, and fasteners.
Energy industry: Turbine discs, blades and combustion chamber components of gas turbines.
High-performance field: Any situation where materials need to maintain high strength, resistance to creep, and excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures.
