NickInconel 718 (UNS N07718 / W.Nr.2.4668) forged discs are high-performance nickel-chromium-niobium alloy components, engineered via precision controlled forging and optimized heat treatment for extreme high-stress, moderate-to-high temperature service. As a precipitation-hardened superalloy, its core strength comes from the formation of fine γ'' (Ni₃Nb) and secondary γ' (Ni₃Al/Ti) strengthening phases, delivering unrivaled tensile strength, fatigue resistance, creep/rupture performance and structural stability.
