Alloy X-750 (UNS N07750) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy offering exceptional high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance up to 1500°F (816°C). Through a precisely controlled three-step heat treatment process combining solution treatment, intermediate aging, and precipitation hardening, the alloy achieves its maximum tensile and creep-rupture properties. Widely utilized in aerospace engines, industrial gas turbines, nuclear reactors, and heat treatment equipment, Alloy X-750 forging rings deliver reliable long-term performance under the most demanding thermal and mechanical conditions.
