UNS N04400 Monel 400 WNRF flange is a forged nickel-copper alloy flange with tapered weld neck and raised face. It delivers reliable strength and excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, hydrofluoric acid, dilute reducing acids and alkaline media, with good toughness even at low temperature. The tapered hub design smoothly transfers stress, suitable for high pressure, thermal cycling and fatigue piping systems. It is particularly suitable for marine pipelines, HF acid equipment, offshore seawater piping and chemical process flanged connections.
