UNS S21800, also known as Nitronic 60, is a nitrogen-strengthened austenitic stainless steel forged sleeve engineered for applications demanding exceptional galling resistance, high strength and outstanding wear performance. This forged cylinder sleeve is precisely manufactured to 300mm outer diameter, 200mm inner diameter and 600mm length through open die and closed die forging processes, followed by solution annealing for a uniform fine-grained microstructure.
