Duplex 2205 stainless steel seamless pipes are manufactured with a balanced austenitic and ferritic microstructure, offering high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Compared with conventional austenitic stainless steels, 2205 duplex stainless steel provides enhanced performance in chloride-containing, high-pressure and highly corrosive environments. It is widely used in oil & gas, offshore engineering, chemical processing, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and energy industries.

Full material traceability is maintained throughout the entire production process from raw material to finished pipes. MTRs, heat treatment records and NDT reports can be provided upon request.
