Monel 400 nickel alloy concentric reducers are manufactured from UNS N04400 nickel-copper alloy, offering excellent resistance to seawater, acids, alkalis and various corrosive media. Designed for smooth transition between different pipe sizes, they provide high strength, toughness and long-term reliability, making them widely used in marine engineering, nuclear industry, oil & gas and fine chemical piping systems in harsh corrosive environments.

All DINGSCO Monel 400 concentric reducers are subject to strict inspections, including PT (ASTM E165), tensile testing (ASTM E8), OES chemical analysis, hardness testing (ASTM E18), ultrasonic testing and dimensional verification. Full traceability is maintained throughout the production process from raw material to finished reducers. MTRs, heat certificates and NDT reports can be provided upon request.
