Monel 400 (UNS N04400) is a nickel-copper alloy renowned for its exceptional resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkaline environments. Our ASTM B564 Monel 400 forged rings are manufactured through a controlled open-die forging process, ensuring superior grain structure and mechanical integrity compared to cast alternatives.
