Our ASTM B564 Monel 400 Forging Rings are manufactured in full compliance with ASTM B564 / ASME SB564 standards, ensuring consistently high quality for demanding industrial applications. Each ring is hot forged from premium UNS N04400 nickel-copper alloy, followed by controlled solution annealing to achieve optimal grain structure and mechanical properties.

ASTM B564 is the international standard specification for nickel alloy forgings, covering hot-finished and cold-finished forgings, forged billets, and forged bar. Our Monel 400 forging rings fully conform to this standard with:
Incoming billet verified against ASTM B564 chemistry requirements via OES analysis
Heated to 950-1150°C and forged with controlled reduction ratio for uniform grain flow
Heat treated at 870-980°C followed by rapid water quenching for optimal properties
