The hot-extrusion is a machine that shapes plastic materials into strips, tubes, sheets, and other forms through extrusion.

The main components of an extrusion are:

1.Pre-heater: The pre-heater in the extrusion primarily serves to heat the material entering the extrusion, increasing its plasticity so that it can pass through the extrusion cylinder and die head.

2.Extrusion Cylinder: The extrusion cylinder in the extrusion is the key equipment for heating and shaping the material, mainly consisting of an electric furnace, cylinder body, and screw shaft.

3.Die: The die in the extrusion is the main component for shaping the material, typically using conical or flat dies, with different molds selected based on the required shape of the material.

4.Discharge Mechanism: The discharge mechanism in the extrusion primarily functions to smoothly remove the formed material from the die and cut it to the desired length.

5.Control Circuit: The electrical control box in the extrusion is responsible for controlling all the actions of the extrusion, such as the electric furnace heating, running speed, and the length of the material produced.

Primarily used in industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, boiler power stations, and nuclear industries.
