UNS N02201 Nickel 201 forged disc is a low-carbon commercially pure nickel forging, the low carbon version of Nickel 200. It provides excellent corrosion resistance in caustic alkali and reducing media, with good ductility, weldability and high-temperature stability, avoiding graphitization embrittlement above 315°C. It is particularly suitable for caustic soda equipment, high-purity chemical vessels and high-temperature corrosion-resistant components.
Ultra-low carbon content prevents high-temperature graphitization embrittlement, usable above 315℃
Outstanding corrosion resistance to caustic soda, alkalis and reducing environments
Excellent ductility, easy forming and reliable weldability
Good thermal and electrical conductivity
Dense forging structure, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature service
Caustic soda / sodium hydroxide production equipment
Chlor-alkali industry electrolysis cell components
High-purity chemical reactors and storage vessels
Vacuum equipment and electronic vacuum parts
Heat treatment fixtures and high-temperature furnace fittings
