Monel K500 Bar UNS N05500 Nickel Copper Alloy Solid Round Bar

Monel K500 (UNS N05500, W.Nr.2.4375) is an age-hardening nickel-copper alloy bar. It adds aluminum and titanium on the basis of Monel 400, and obtains high strength and hardness through precipitation hardening heat treatment, while retaining excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400. Our Monel K500 bars can be customized in diameter and length, with surface peeled, polished or black finish, and ultrasonic inspection available.

Key Performance Features
1. High mechanical strength: After aging treatment, its yield strength and tensile strength are much higher than Monel 400, with good toughness. No ductile-brittle transition even under cryogenic conditions, stable performance at low temperature.
2. Outstanding corrosion resistance: Excellent anti-corrosion performance in high-speed seawater, marine atmosphere, sour gas and many chemical media. Resistant to erosion in seawater and alkaline environment.
3. Good dimensional stability: Low deformation after machining, suitable for precision machined parts.
