The Monel 400 forged flange is a premium product designed for demanding industrial environments that require both mechanical strength and exceptional corrosion resistance.
Nickel-copper alloy Monel 400 (UNS N04400) flange through precision hot forging and CNC machining, resulting in a highly dense and uniform microstructure with superior sealing performance.

The smooth and polished surface enhances its resistance to corrosion and ensures excellent fitting accuracy in pipeline and valve systems.


Material Advantages – Monel 400 Alloy

Monel 400 is a solid-solution alloy composed primarily of nickel and copper, making it highly resistant to a wide range of corrosive environments.
It maintains outstanding strength, ductility, and stability under both cryogenic and elevated temperatures.

Forging & Machining Process

  1. Material Preparation:

  3. Heat Treatment:
    Solution annealing at 870°C improves mechanical uniformity and corrosion performance.

  4. Precision Machining:
    The sealing face, inner bore, and bolt holes are precisely processed with CNC lathes.

  5. Quality Control:
    Each piece undergoes dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing, and penetrant testing to ensure flawless integrity.

  6. Finishing:
    Final polishing and protective coating enhance both appearance and corrosion resistance.
