225×225mm & 310×245mm UNS N06625 Nickel Alloy Forgings (ASTM B564 Standard)
ASTM B564 UNS N06625 Nickel Alloy Forgings manufactured by DINGSCO are high-performance forged components made from nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy (Inconel 625). Through controlled hot forging and strict quality inspection, these forgings deliver excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability for demanding industrial environments.
UNS N06625 is a solid-solution strengthened nickel-based alloy known for its outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, oxidation, and stress corrosion cracking. The addition of molybdenum and niobium enhances strength without the need for heat treatment, making Alloy 625 ideal for severe service conditions.
Nickel alloy 625 material properties
Nickel alloy 625 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based wrought superalloy, mainly composed of nickel (58%-65%), chromium (20%-23%), molybdenum (8%-10%), and niobium, among other elements.
Key Material Advantages:
Excellent corrosion resistance in seawater and chemical media
Superior strength at both room and elevated temperatures
High resistance to fatigue and thermal cycling
Non-magnetic and stable microstructure
The products shown in the poster are solid nickel alloy forgings (cylindrical billets / blocks), suitable for further CNC machining into finished parts.
Dimensions:
Diameter: 225 mm × Height: 225 mm
Diameter: 310 mm × Height: 245 mm
Custom sizes, weights, and machining allowances are available upon request.
Superior INCONEL 625 Alloy: INCONEL 625 (UNS N06625) is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It does not achieve strength through precipitation hardening, but rather relies on the solid solution strengthening of the nickel-chromium matrix by molybdenum and niobium. This gives it stable and excellent mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
Advantages of Precision Forging: Compared to traditional machining methods, precision forging significantly refines the grain structure of the material, thereby improving the strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance of the product. This means that the forged rings you provide can withstand extremely high mechanical and thermal stresses, resulting in a longer service life in harsh environments. The forging process also eliminates internal defects, improving the density and integrity of the material.
ASTM B564 UNS N06625 nickel alloy forgings are widely used in industries requiring extreme durability and corrosion resistance, including:
Oil & gas equipment (valve bodies, stems, flanges)
Chemical processing components
Marine and offshore structures
Power generation and heat-resistant parts
Aerospace and high-stress mechanical components
