The Monel 400 forged flange is a precision-engineered nickel–copper alloy component designed to deliver superior corrosion resistance, mechanical reliability, and service durability under extreme operating conditions.
Each flange is hot-forged from premium-grade Monel 400 billets, machined to tight tolerances, and inspected to meet international standards such as ASTM B564 and ASME SB564.

Material Characteristics – Monel 400 (UNS N04400)

Monel 400 is a solid-solution nickel-copper alloy that combines strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
Unlike many stainless steels, it remains unaffected by seawater flow, salt spray, and alkaline environments, making it the alloy of choice for offshore, marine, and chemical systems.
