This product is a precision-machined forged flange made of Monel 400 (UNS N04400), a nickel-copper alloy known for its exceptional strength and excellent resistance to seawater, acids, and alkaline environments.


Through advanced forging and CNC machining processes, the flange achieves a dense internal structure, smooth surface finish, and high dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for high-corrosion and high-pressure applications.


Material Information – Monel 400

Monel 400 is a solid-solution alloy composed primarily of nickel (approx. 63%) and copper (approx. 30%), with small additions of iron and manganese.
It provides outstanding resistance to corrosion in marine and chemical environments, as well as strong mechanical performance across a wide temperature range.
