Monel 400 (UNS N04400) forged disc is manufactured from nickel-copper alloy, offering excellent resistance to seawater, acids, and alkaline corrosion, along with good mechanical strength, toughness, and low-temperature performance. The hot forging process improves material density and structural uniformity, making it suitable for marine engineering, chemical processing equipment, oil & gas applications, and pressure components operating in highly corrosive environments.
